This fun fitness class is geared towards paddlers with experience and a desire to add some more intense training to your paddle routine. In this 60 minute class, we will mix in paddle intervals into the wind for strength and speed, and also perform strength and core moves on the board for a complete cardio/core/strength workout.
Give yourself 10-15 minutes before class to stretch and get familiar with your board.
Choose quick-drying, flexible clothes suitable for both paddling and workouts.
