About the Facilitator: Kate Sheehy is a licensed massage therapist and has been practicing in healing arts since 2003. Listening rests at the heart of her practice, responding to the wisdom of clients’ systems with curiosity and an ever-developing set of modalities such as Neuromuscular Therapy, Therapeutic Thai massage, Craniosacral Therapy and Breathwork.
