Our tours are certified and supported by the Puerto Rico Tourism Company, the Department of Natural Resources, and the Puerto Rico Ports Authority.


Approximate Total Duration: 2:30 hours

1 . Onshore Preparation: 30 minutes.

  • You will receive a brief safety talk, instructions, and all the necessary equipment to get ready for the adventure.

2 . Water Adventure:

  • Outbound Trip: 20 minutes to reach the Cayo.
  • Time in the "Cayo": 1:15 minutes to enjoy the experience.
  • Return Trip: 20 minutes to return to the starting point.

Includes:

  • Chiliboats waterbike
  • USCG-approved life jacket and whistle (sanitized)
  • Route leader on all tours
  • Bottled water and snack at the stop

**Requirements and Recommendations:

  • Punctuality: Departures are on time. Please arrive 30 minutes early to find parking, check-in and boarding process.
  • Health Conditions: Not suitable for people with claustrophobia. If you have heart conditions or medical issues, consult with your doctor and bring necessary medications. If pregnant, we suggest you ask your doctor''s recommendation and mention it when booking.
  • Reservation Fee: There is a $3.00 fee for using the Natural Reserve (a requirement of the Department of Natural Resources).
  • Height Requirements: Minimum height: 4'6" (54 inches / 137 cm / 1.37 m) Maximum height: 6'5" (77 inches / 196 cm / 1.96 m)
  • Weight Limits: The tour is conducted on a double Chiliboat. To ensure everyone's safety, it is important that individual weight does not exceed 250 pounds, and combined weight of two people on a Chiliboat must not exceed 450 pounds. Before each tour, we will conduct weight checks. If someone in your group exceeds these limits, unfortunately, will NOT be able to participate, and will NOT receive refund. Share this information with all members of your group to avoid any inconveniences.
  • What to Bring: Only essentials as space is limited. Wear water shoes, sandals, or water-resistant sneakers for boarding/disembarking, hat, swimsuit, sun protection shirt, shorts or leggings, and sunglasses.
  • Identification: You must present identification and the credit card used for the reservation. Both must match for verification during check-in. The person making the reservation is responsible for informing all participants about the arrival time, requirements, and all relevant tour information.
  • Prohibited Actions: Hitting the unit against objects, jumping off the unit, or damaging it. The person making the reservation will be responsible for any damage caused by negligence.
  • Restrictions: Smoking and alcohol consumption are not allowed (a requirement of the Department of Natural Resources).
  • Important: There are no restroom facilities available as we are in a natural reserve. Please plan accordingly to ensure your comfort during the tour."
  • We reserve the right to refuse admission.
