B'More SUP is a paddleboarding and SUP yoga provider based in Essex, Maryland. The company offers guided paddleboard tours, skill-building classes, and instructor training focused on stand-up paddleboarding, mindful movement, and water safety. B'More SUP runs guided Inner Harbor and Canton SUP tours that navigate Baltimore’s waterways and showcase landmarks like Fort McHenry when conditions allow.
The instruction lineup includes the FloYo Teacher Training led by Jessie Benson, a two-day SUP yoga instructor certification course that covers paddle technique, water safety, and teaching methodology.
