If you are looking for a full day of kayaking fun, look no further. This guided kayak tour starts at the headwaters of the Wood River located in the Kimball Recreation Area and concludes at the Wood River Wetlands. The total trip takes 7-8 hours, with a bag lunch provided midway. The Wood River is a beautiful crystal-clear waterway with an abundance of wildlife that visits and calls this place home. The Wood River Wetlands are a birders paradise with over 100 species of birds visiting throughout the year. This has an early 8:00 am start and ends in the late afternoon. Gear is provided.

We're able to take lots of pictures while on our tour! Our licensed Oregon Guides are very experienced with years on the water and dedicated to providing you a very enjoyable experience you will remember a lifetime.

What to bring:

  • Synthetic, athletic clothes and shoes that can get sandy or wet (or go barefoot). Avoid cottons, like jeans and sweatshirts

  • Small capacity tour only up to 12 paddlers
  • Up to two guides per group, depending on size
