About

As a Molchanovs Wave 2 Advanced Freediver, you’ll deepen your skills in all disciplines, reaching depths of up to -30m, mastering no fin techniques. Your journey encompasses the history and physics of freediving, including the impact on your body, Dalton’s law, and Henry’s law for safety. You’ll explore depth and distance dives, understanding bodily adaptations, and enhance your breathing skills, particularly the Frenzel equalization maneuver. Lastly you will learn how to prevent injuries related to freediving.
