This floating yoga class offers a mindful yoga sequence suitable for all ability levels. Our powerful LED lights light up the water beneath us with colorful hues of red, orange, green, blue, turquoise, purple and pink. During the class we soak in the beauty of the Honolulu skyline as dusk turns to night. And of course, we appreciate the magic of the stars and the moon overhead. Our yoga practice closes with a peaceful meditation, rocking and floating with the gentle movement of the ocean. Once the class is complete, we enjoy a fireworks show from the water!

Get to the launch point at least 15 minutes early to choose your floating yoga mat and get comfortable before the session starts.
Opt for moisture-wicking, quick-dry clothing that allows full range of movement and can handle a little splash.
Evening humidity can cause dehydration, so drink plenty of water ahead of your floating session.
