With a menu full of delectable dishes, we have something for everyone! You can have breakfast, featuring our fan favorite Amuseables Pancakes and Amuseables Waffle, or you can grab lunch, featuring our classic Amuseables Burger and Amuseables Hot Dog. And because we all deserve a sweet treat now and again, our EXCLUSIVE new dessert menu features our Amuseables Bubbeca Milkshake and Amuseables Crember Cheesecake. If you're hungrier than normal, you can grab an add on with your main dish. Choose from the Amuseables Pickle, Amuseables Boiled Egg or Amuseables Coffee Cup. Sides come with an exclusive pin and are only available as part of the Jellycat Diner Experience in FAO Schwarz New York, with a limit of one side or add on per experience. There's always something cooking at the Diner and there's no better way to start the day than with joy!

Your to-go order is lovingly prepared by our diner chefs and is served in your very own personalized packaging. Each experience includes a Jellycat Amuseables plush food item, exclusive enamel pin, exclusive sticker sheet, gift packaging, personalized sticker, reusable tote bag, and the option to add on a side dish or extra. Order up!

Important Info

• You may arrive, at maximum, 20 minutes before your reservation time. Your diner reservation provides a 10 minute window of time to enter the diner in order to make the most of your New York trip and reduce time spent in line. We ask that you please arrive at the start of your scheduled time, using the doors on 49th street, between 5th and 6th avenues.
• If you miss your reserved time, you will need to make an alternative reservation.
• Reservations are free to book through FAO.com. Reservations cannot be resold and must be for personal use. We do not accept reservations that are booked through other sources.
• Please have your original confirmation email ready to show to the Jellycat Diner Host to check in. The person named in the reservation must be present in order to check in and we may require a valid ID to verify.
• Our Diner menu items are highly sought after. While we do our best to ensure full availability, stock levels can be unpredictable due to high demand. Please understand that availability of all items cannot be guaranteed, however our servers will be on hand to help with alternatives and provide updates on future availability, if possible.
• Only one reservation permitted per guest, per weekly booking cycle. Where we identify excessive reservations beyond this amount, we reserve the right to cancel these reservations.
• If your group is larger than 6 people, please reach out via our contact us form. Please note that "group size" indicates how many people are in your party, not just the people planning on participating in the experience.
• Each group may purchase up to 6 diner experiences total, with a limit of one side or add on per experience. The new exclusive dessert menu, featuring Amuseables Bubbeca Milkshake and Amuseables Crember Cheesecake, is also limited to 1 per person.
• The Jellycat Diner will be open in line with the FAO Schwarz New York Flagship store. Please check our current opening hours on our website.
• Please be advised Oatus Bear with Ice Cream is not exclusive to the Diner Experience and is available for purchase by the general public. Due to high demand, Oatus Bear will likely be out of stock, but will return in batches over the summer.

Reservations will be released 4 weeks in advance on the below days between 3pm and 5pm.

• Monday July 21st: August 17th through August 23rd
• Monday July 28th: August 24th through August 30th
• Monday August 4th: August 31st through September 6th
• Monday August 11th: September 7th through September 13th
