Seadrift Distillery is a Brookvale, New South Wales distillery specialising in non‑alcoholic spirits and experiential tours. Located on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, Seadrift produces award-winning, distilled non-alcoholic spirits that highlight local botanicals and sea kelp. The site offers a range of bookable experiences including a Seadrift Tasting Session, Zero Alcohol Cocktail Masterclass, Foraging at Dawn, and Foraging at Dusk.
During the Seadrift Tasting Session visitors join an exclusive tour to learn about non‑alcoholic distillation, the use of local botanicals and sea kelp, and taste five distinct spirits. The Zero Alcohol Cocktail Masterclass focuses on crafting alcohol-free cocktails using Seadrift spirits. Foraging at Dawn and Foraging at Dusk pair coastal foraging with guided cultural knowledge from Aboriginal elder Clarence Bruinsma and an introduction to Seadrift’s distillation process led by Master Distiller Alastair. The Foraging at Dusk experience notes a tasting and the option to purchase a bottle to take home.
Seadrift appeals to the sober curious, mindful drinkers, food lovers, and anyone interested in sustainable ingredients and coastal foraging. The distillery emphasises education, provenance, and sensory tasting in its experiences. Tours and masterclasses are presented as structured, guided activities that combine cultural connection, hands‑on learning, and product tasting. Visitors leave with a deeper understanding of non‑alcoholic spirits and the unique coastal botanicals used by Seadrift Distillery.
