Wicked History Tours is a New Orleans tour operator focused on adult-oriented, uncensored explorations of the city's darker past. The company presents guided experiences in the French Quarter and Treme that combine history, folklore, and paranormal storytelling.
Offered experiences include private walking tours, VIP pub crawls, true crime narratives, themed walks about vampires and voodoo, and a Shadows and Jazz tour exploring Treme's music and cultural history. Several tours are labeled adults-only and include graphic, unfiltered accounts of murder, scandal, witchcraft, and other macabre subjects. Guides are described in tour listings as initiates or practitioners within local witchcraft, voodoo, or vampire communities, which the business highlights as a source of insider perspective and specialized knowledge.
Select tours advertise real ghost photographs captured by previous guests and historic images shared during the narrative. Private and VIP options allow groups to tailor content and include scheduled bar stops, spirit tastings, and multi-stop pub crawls. At least one private tour is listed as a two-hour French Quarter experience. The tour catalog also includes a five-in-one adults-only offering and several uncensored pub crawl formats. Tour descriptions repeatedly warn that the content is not suitable for children or for those easily offended, positioning the brand toward mature audiences looking for raw, graphic, and candid storytelling.
