With over 25,000 attendees, this is the largest celebration of the Appalachian Trail and the hiking community. Damascus, VA, transforms into a vibrant hub filled with thru-hikers, outdoor gear vendors, live music, workshops, and a legendary hiker parade. Whether you're a long-time trail enthusiast or just getting started, Trail Days is the place to be!

What to Expect
- Hiker Parade (Saturday at 2 PM) – Join or watch this legendary celebration where hikers march through town. Super soakers welcome, water balloons prohibited.
- Vendor Market – Over 100 booths featuring handmade goods, hiking gear, and outdoor essentials.
- Camping at Tent City (1011 S Shady Ave, Damascus, VA) – Walk-in camping with first-come, first-served access, free firewood, and on-site restrooms. $20/person for the weekend (cash or QR code).
- Public Parking & Shuttles – Paid parking is available at Tent City ($20 per car, cash only). Free event shuttles will transport attendees throughout Damascus.

- Bring Cash – ATMs available at Bank of Damascus, Cowboys, Country Corner, and Food City.
- Arrive Early – Camping at Tent City fills quickly, as does vendor space.
- Respect Quiet Hours – Midnight on Friday, 1 AM on Saturday.
