Siamese Ponds Wilderness spans over 114,000 acres in the southern part of the Adirondack Mountains, offering a rugged and remote experience for outdoor enthusiasts. The region features two main water bodies, the Siamese Ponds, which are separated by a narrow neck of land, giving the area its name.
