Paintsville Lake State Park Adventures

Paintsville Lake State Park is located in Johnson County in eastern Kentucky and centers around the 1,139-acre Paintsville Lake, a reservoir created by a dam on Paint Creek. The park covers roughly 1,000 acres of forested land featuring rolling hills typical of the Appalachian foothills.
