Located in Howell County, Missouri, Thompson Lake Conservation Area spans over 1,500 acres centered around the 600-acre Thompson Lake. The area consists of mixed hardwood and pine forests, open fields, and extensive wetlands that provide vital habitat for numerous wildlife species. The reservoir serves as a key draw for anglers targeting largemouth bass, crappie, catfish, and bluegill.
