Wilderness Landscape & Natural Heritage
Located in southeastern Michigan along the shores of Lake Erie, Lake Erie Metropark encompasses over 1,400 acres of marshes, woodlands, and open water habitats. Established in 1980 and managed by the Huron-Clinton Metroparks Authority, the park provides visitors with year-round access to rich ecological landscapes and recreational opportunities.
