Guajome Regional Park, located in northern San Diego County near the cities of Oceanside and Vista, spans approximately 521 acres of coastal sage scrub, oak woodlands, and riparian habitats. The park features rolling hills and open grassy areas that support a variety of native plants and wildlife such as coyotes, bobcats, rabbits, and numerous bird species including hawks and quail. Within the park stands the Guajome Adobe, an 1850s-era rancho home constructed by Ysidora Bandini de Vallejo, which preserves local history and highlights California's Mexican rancho heritage.
