Chortiatis Forest Nature Reserve is located on the slopes of Mount Chortiatis, southeast of Thessaloniki in Central Macedonia, Greece. This nature reserve protects an important area of Mediterranean forest ecosystem consisting mainly of Aleppo pines, oaks, and other native plant species. The reserve is characterized by diverse flora and fauna, including several bird species, small mammals, and reptiles.
