Absheron National Park is a protected natural area located on the Absheron Peninsula in Azerbaijan, offering an exceptional blend of coastal landscapes and rich biodiversity. The park spans approximately 783 hectares and harbors a variety of habitats, including semi-desert, coastal, and scrubland environments. It provides sanctuary for many species of animals, especially the endangered Caspian seal and several species of birds and reptiles. Established in 2005, the park aims to conserve the unique ecosystems of the Absheron Peninsula while promoting eco-tourism and environmental education.
