Please Note:

  • All guests must meet all participant requirements, including weighing between 65 and 250 pounds. Guests are discreetly weighed upon check-in. Those who do not meet requirements upon check-in are not eligible for refund.

  • Guests must arrive 30 minutes prior to their scheduled tour time. Those who do not arrive on time are considered no shows and are not eligible for refund.

What if it rains? Rainy days can be just as fun! As an outdoor adventure, we run zipline tours rain or shine. However, in the event of severe weather or conditions, we may choose to delay or cancel your tour. Advance notice of cancellations may not always be possible. Cancelled tours are offered a rain check or a full refund. Should a cancellation occur during your tour a full or partial refund may be given.

What do I wear? Wear comfortable clothes and closed toed shoes such as tennis shoes. Long hair should be pulled back in a bun or braid.
