While we aim to provide advance notice, sometimes weather changes rapidly. If your adventure gets rained out, fear not! You can reschedule or receive a full refund.
Do I need to tip my guide? Our guides are well-trained and work very hard to ensure your safety on your adventure, all while entertaining and informing you about the beautiful surroundings.
We recommend a customary tip of 20% for your guides at the end of your tour. You can give gratuity via cash or by your guide's venmo!

Do I need to be physically fit?
No need to be an athlete! Just ensure you're under 235 pounds. However, anticipate some stairs, uneven terrain on certain platforms and core mild core strength for the zipline. If you're comfortable with moderate physical activity, you're good to go.
My child is six-years-old, but he weighs over 45 lbs. Can he zip?
While your little one may be eager to zip, we prioritize their safety. Children must be at least 7 years old and weigh 45 lbs. This ensures they have the motor skills and coordination necessary for a safe and enjoyable experience.
Closed-toe shoes provide better protection and grip for the zipline platforms and hiking sections.
