Hawaii Zipline Tours is a guided outdoor adventure operator based in Honomu, Hawaii. The company operates zipline and waterfall hiking experiences centered around the dramatic Kolekole and Kawainui valleys on Hawaii Island. Tours include a seven-line zipline course that crosses a 450-foot ravine and passes over the 250‑foot Kolekole Falls, along with small-group waterfall hikes across private 300-acre property with access to three waterfalls.
All experiences are led by expert guides who provide safety briefings, hands-on instruction, and educational commentary about the island’s flora, fauna, and cultural history. Accessibility options include tours tailored for cruise passengers, with Hilo cruise ship pickup offered on select zipline and waterfall hiking departures for convenient transfers to and from Hilo Harbor.
Safety and stewardship are core operational priorities: guides use industry-standard harnesses and equipment, and tours operate on privately managed land to protect sensitive natural areas. Small-group formats prioritize individualized attention and a low-impact footprint while allowing guests to enjoy unobstructed views of waterfalls, ravines, and coastal panoramas.
Hawaii Zipline Tours serves visitors seeking adrenaline-fueled zipline runs as well as those preferring guided nature hikes to waterfalls. Advance reservations are recommended to secure preferred dates and pickup options. For travelers arriving by cruise ship, the Hilo cruise ship pickup option streamlines logistics and maximizes time on the island. Guides provide storytelling and interpretive insights into Hawaiian culture and natural history, creating an informative and entertaining experience for adults and families. Groups remain intentionally small to maintain safety and preserve the property’s natural character today.
