You step off the quay in Zadar as a wake of sun brightens the city’s Sea Organ and the speedboat hums to life—salt on the air, pines on the horizon daring you to jump. The half-day trip threads between Ugljan’s rocky coves, the tiny wooded dot of Ošljak and the shallow sand of Galevac, each stop a different face of the northern Adriatic.
