WHAT IS HIGH PERFORMANCE ALL ABOUT?
Our high performance coaching camps are about reaching your true surfing ability with the help of a few clever strategies, delivered by our highly qualified, professional and friendly coaches.
WHAT STRATEGIES DO YOU USE?
Video Analysis: We use video analysis to improve your surfing technique and skill level. Our high performance coaches film your surfing session from the beach, then sit with you to go over your footage in detail and give you constructive feedback on your strengths and areas in need of improvement. You then get to go back out in the water to put the advice in to practice. You will be amazed at how the slightest tweak can make you look and feel like a whole new and improved surfer!
Surf Skate boards: No wave is ever the same and conditions are forever changing. Practice makes improvements and getting the feel of how your body should be balanced and positioned is really important to nailing those turns you have always dreamed of! Our Surf Skate boards are purpose built to create the same feeling of surfing and let you repeatedly practice a manoeuvre (on land) with our high performance coaches right there giving instant feedback.
Competition Practice: This is optional for those participants who are competition surfers. If requested, we can hold mock competitions and run through successful heat strategies to improve your confidence and technique to be ready for your next comp.
Strength and Mobility Training: Improve your strength, speed and power through proper technique and motivation during our gym sessions. We use gymnastic equipment like trampolines and padded mats.
Optional: Get a copy of your footage to play over and over and show family and friends! Additional cost of $30

Meet at the 2 Villers street Cowaramup at 6:45 am and finish at 4:30pm
