Each camp is a full week, Monday through Friday. One day camp options are available. Every camp will touch on art as described below.
-Focus artists this year are Leonardo DaVinci, Artemesia Gentileschi, Salvador Dali, Sonia Delaunay and Edvard Munch. -Art media are Painting, Sculpture, Drawing, Chalk work, Printmaking and mixed media. -Styles and aspects covered are How things work, Perspective & Surrealism, Orphism Art, Strong women, Realism, Personalized Art & Self Expression.
Children should dress in clothes suitable for painting and sculpture activities.
Protect clothing during messy art projects with a smock or old shirt.
Ensure kids drink plenty of water throughout the day, especially in warm weather.
Permit time for settling in and introduce your child to the creative environment.
