This tour includes short hikes to Taft Point and the Fissures and Sentinel Dome – two hikes that will surely test your nerve as you step over the fissures – massive cracks in the granite under our feet, walk right up to the edge of the vertical cliff face, and scramble up a massive dome. Not feeling like testing your fear of heights? No sweat, you can hang back and take in the views far from the edge! Next, we’ll pay a visit to Glacier Point to take in even more amazing vistas from a short walk and trip to the visitor center. We’ll either end or begin the day with a short hike in Mariposa Grove to see some of the largest living organisms on the planet.
