- Each bike can seat up to 4 passengers.
- Each bike must have one person who is 18 years or older.
- 280lb weight limit per person.
- Restroom available at check in site.
- Riders must be 3 feet tall. Infants must be secured in chest harness/papoose.
- Small dogs allowed but owners must hold them securely.
##Refunds
Tickets are refundable up to 48 hours before departure time. Within 48 hours of departure time, tickets are not refundable but can be credited for a future purchase. Refunds will be minus a $10 cancelation fee (this covers the cost your bank charges us for the credit card transaction).
In the event that American Railbike Adventures cancels the ride, for any reason, we will issue a 100% refund.
Customers removed from our rail bikes due to violating safety policies will not be given a refund.
No-shows will not be given a refund or credit.
RAIN: In case of light rain, drizzle, or mist, the excursions will commence. Customers can opt to reschedule or refund. In case of heavy rain or thunderstorms, the excursions will be canceled and customers will be refunded.
