En la serenidad de la Semana Santa, te invitamos a un retiro diseñado para sumergirte en un espacio de calma, reflexión y renovación. Nos reuniremos en un entorno tranquilo donde el yoga y la meditación y los paseos por la naturaleza serán las guías para explorar tu interior y encontrar la calma.

La práctica de yoga te ayudará a liberar tensiones acumuladas y abrirte a la quietud interior. Las meditaciones diarias te brindarán momentos de calma para reflexionar y reconectar contigo mismo.

Este retiro se desarrolla en el Pirineo Navarro, en el bonito y pequeño pueblo montañés de Arrieta donde el tiempo parece que se detenga. La tranquilidad del entorno lo convierte en un lugar ideal para la meditación, el relax.
