Experience the joy of yoga amidst nature at Lavender Hill Farm! This guided class welcomes all skill levels, featuring a playful flow and ending with a calming sound bath meditation. Led by an experienced instructor, you'll connect with your body and breath while enjoying the beauty of the outdoors.
Enjoy the fresh air as you move through a guided yoga practice in the presence of nature. This group class includes a supported flow available to anyone, from the beginner to the advanced yogi. Yoga in Bloom is about having fun and finding nourishing poses, encouraging your practice to blossom! Each session will end with a soothing sound bath meditation. Get outdoors and come enjoy the beauty Lavender Hill Farm has to offer.
This class is $20 per person and all ages and skill levels are welcome. Please dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat or towel. Please note we have a limited number of yoga mats to rent.
Tickets can be purchased online or at the farm and Pre-Registration is required. Tickets are available for purchase up until 24 hours prior or until sold out.
Sessions are rain or shine, if the class is cancelled you will be notified and refunded in full.

Laura bridges people to be in deep connection with their body's innate wisdom through yoga, meditation, breathwork, and functional nutrition. With over 490 hours of yogic training and experience, she is certified in Yoga Nidra, Hatha, Vinyasa, Aerial yoga, and Reiki. She designs her yoga classes to flow organically and encourages her students to tap into their inner sense of play and make each practice their own. Laura intends to create an easeful space where her students may become more aware of their body, mind, and breath and cultivate clarity.
While some mats are available for rent, it’s best to bring your own to ensure comfort and hygiene.
Sessions run rain or shine; wear layers and consider waterproof gear in case of precipitation.
Arrive 10–15 minutes ahead to settle in and find a good spot with a view of the lavender fields.
