About This Adventure

Yellowstone National Park is a world unlike any other! Departing from Jackson, we’ll head through Grand Teton National Park and into the south entrance of Yellowstone where you’ll then be guided through many of the geologic marvels and wildlife that make the park so unique. Along our trip we’ll hit the must-see highlights of Grand Prismatic Spring, the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone River, and of course, Old Faithful. There’s usually time for one or two other quick stops, as well as a picnic lunch one of the scenic locations (weather permitting). Along the way we’ll also stop and admire any wildlife that greets us along our route.

The route for Yellowstone National Park day trips most frequently involves driving the “lower loop” of the Grand Loop Road of the park. Commuting to and from Jackson takes us directly through Grand Teton National Park as well, though more time is spent exploring Grand Teton’s road options on the half-day tours.
