Rules and Regulations
- Must be at least 21 years old with a Major Credit Card in order to rent.
- There are no age requirements to be a passenger and anyone 15 or older can drive alone.
- Florida State Law requires any person born on/after January 1, 1988 to have a Safe Boating License with them.
