Dubai Marina is a largely man‑made canal city developed in the early 2000s as part of Dubai’s waterfront expansion, transforming reclaimed coastal land into a high‑rise leisure and residential district.
The area is urban and heavily used; follow operator guidance, avoid littering from platforms, and respect marine life by not throwing items into the water.
