You step onto the launch platform 170 meters above the Marina and the city exhales beneath you — a ribbon of water framed by glass towers and slivers of sunlight. The XLine sends two riders side-by-side across a full kilometre of Dubai Marina, the city’s engineered inlet, at speeds averaging 80 km/h.
