About This Adventure

Join a dynamic 2-hour classroom session designed to enhance your diving skills! Explore the Valsalva and Frenzel techniques, practice soft palate exercises, and master the EQ tool. This unique training experience will help you improve your techniques and expand your diving repertoire, ensuring you’re ready for underwater adventures.

TRAINING COSTS:

  • $50 Tuition per person
  • $19.95 Equalization Tool

2 person minimum. If minimum participation is not met, the module will be cancelled and you can either be bumped to the next scheduled event, or refunded

DURATION:

  • 2 hour Classroom

SCHEDULE:

  • 6PM - 8PM

TECHNIQUES/SKILLS:

  • Soft pallet familiarization
  • Valsalva
  • Frenzel
  • EQ tool exercises

We start with a review of Valsalva technique and then contrast with the Frenzel technique. You will then move on to practicing some soft pallet exercises to help expand your repertoire and then we finish with challenging your soft pallet control using an EQ tool.
