Comfortable cardiovascular fitness and good bike-handling stamina for repeated technical efforts; you should be able to climb and control a full-suspension bike for two-hour sessions.
Participants must be at least 16 years old.
A properly fitted helmet is mandatory; a full-face helmet is highly recommended for Weeks 2 and 4 where jumps and steep-tech increase exposure.

The program runs rain-or-shine except in unsafe conditions such as lightning, high winds, or extreme trail saturation.
