Relax and enjoy a comfortable ride in our plush custom snowcat as it climbs to the trip starting elevation of close to 8,000 feet. Once at the summit, we’ll gear up and meander through gently rolling terrain consisting of intriguing rock outcroppings, old-growth forests and marshmallow-like snow formations. We’ll peer down into deep creeks and across high alpine views southward toward Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows resorts and northward toward Donner Pass and Castle Peak wilderness areas. Groomed and ungroomed trails are available for every age, skill, and fitness level. Tours are led by personable guides well-versed in the local geology, wildlife, and plant life. Trips include snowshoe rental and professional guide service.
