In class, participants will make a soft and pillowy yeast bread dough from scratch. Once the dough is made, participants will transform it into garlic & herb dinner rolls (with a variety of shaping techniques) as well as a gorgeous cinnamon roll snowflake bread.
We will also make tender cranberry orange scones.
Give yourself extra time to settle in and familiarize yourself with the kitchen setup before the class starts.
Opt for clothes you don’t mind putting a little flour on and closed-toe shoes for kitchen safety.
This class uses wheat, dairy, and eggs, so notify Bettie's Chicago of any dietary restrictions ahead of time.
