In class, participants will make a soft and pillowy yeast bread dough from scratch. Once the dough is made, participants will transform it into garlic & herb dinner rolls (with a variety of shaping techniques) as well as a gorgeous cinnamon roll snowflake bread.

We will also make tender cranberry orange scones.
