This wine-tasting tour is an extra program so that you can learn about the Euganean Hills. Nature has created a favorable habitat for vines on these hills, which have volcanic soil. Vineyards have been documented since Roman times.
The grapes are primarily Tocai, Merlot, and Cabernet, but there are also more specific varieties. Outstanding is the presence of Moscato, both Giallo (yellow) and Bianco (white), denominated in the Fior d'Arancio zone.
Fiori d'Arancio is a sparkling wine with a light yellow color, golden glares, and a persistent scent, intense and typical of the grape, which remembers citric scents. Its taste is sweet and balanced. It can be found in the versions of "Sparkling wine" or "Raisins wine."
During your excursion, you'll travel through scenic back roads to wine country and visit a winery that has been chosen specifically for you.
