Description
Partez à la découverte des 7 siècles d’histoire d’un Grand Cru Classé mythique des Graves.
Votre aventure démarre dans le caveau du château, où vous sera contée l'histoire du Pape Clément V. Après cette introduction et un passage à la vigne, entrez dans le cuvier en bois dédié à la vinification du vin rouge. Pénétrez enfin dans le chai à barriques où repose notre vin pendant 16 mois et découvrez les subtilités d'un élevage réussi.
A l’issue de cette visite, vous dégusterez trois vins du Château Pape Clément, dont le rouge, Grand Cru Classé de Graves, et la cuvée confidentielle en blanc.
Un parallèle sera fait entre le vin d'hier et d'aujourd'hui tout au long de la visite afin de comprendre l'évolution de l'élaboration d'un Grand Cru Classé au fil des siècles.
Conditions
Les enfants peuvent participer gratuitement à la visite, cependant, ils ne peuvent prendre part à la dégustation des vins.
