Wine & Dessert Tasting at Little Washington Winery

Let’s address the impossible pairing! Experts say dessert and wine cannot possibly be put into your mouth at the same time. Technically they are right - better be careful, some of these flavors are in definite conflict! Wine enhances taste, creating an entirely new flavor profile. Desserts are no different. Making the perfect dessert and wine pairing can be an incredible way to end a memorable evening. You may be hard pressed to find anyone upset with the wrong wine & dessert pairing (it IS wine and it IS dessert after all). This tasting will show you how to get a perfect pairing every time!

PLEASE NOTE — Little Washington Winery reserves the right to cancel any scheduled class due to either of 2 conditions:

1 - snow or any other weather closure

2 - classes that do not meet a minimum of 6 participants.

The call to cancel a class is made on the Thursday before each class. Please do not make overnight reservations or reserve activities in the area that are contingent on Little Washington Winery’s ability to provide a class.

If a class must be cancelled due to lack of participation or for severe weather, Little Washington Winery honors class tickets by:

— Providing the opportunity to reschedule class tickets to any Little Washington Winery class on any future date.
