Embark on a delightful journey through Sonoma Valley in a vintage VW bus, visiting three award-winning wineries. Enjoy a unique wine cave tour, savor a gourmet lunch at a family-owned winery, and indulge in artisan foods. Capture scenic views and learn about wine and San Francisco history along the way.
Spend your day tasting some delicious wines as we make our way through the beautiful Sonoma Valley in one of our vintage VW buses!
We will visit 3 award winning wineries and tasting rooms to sample a selection of their offerings. Each winery has been carefully selected for its unique character, knowledgeable and friendly staff, lovely ambiance and of course their delicious wines. You will also have the unique experience of touring a wine cave at a Certified Organic Winery. This cave tour will give you more insight into the wine making process and aging process. We will then make a stop at a boutique Italian family owned winery to enjoy your lunch along side a tasting of their delicious Italian varietals. You will have the chance to taste artisan cheeses, imported salumi, fresh local breads, Panini sandwiches, fresh deli and green salads, pizza, flatbread, antipasta, including vegetarian and gluten free options! The third vineyard brings us back down to the Carneros appellation to enjoy more delicious wines including Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and some of the most scenic views in the valley!
Your tour will begin at 9:00 a.m. from our Union Square area pick up at 427 Post St. or at 9:15 a.m. from our Fisherman’s Wharf Pickup Location (1300 Columbus Ave) as well as optional Hotel pickups within a half mile range of our pickup locations. To start off, we will stop at the Golden Gate Bridge for an opportunity to take some photos and learn some SF history. We will then make our way out to the wine country. Along the way we will learn some San Francisco and Sonoma history as well as some basics around wine tasting.

WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED? Tasting Fees (You will receive Painted Ladies discounted pricing on your tastings. Typically $25-35 per winery) Gratuity for your professional tour guide/driver. Typical gratuity is between 15-20%. We really appreciate your thoughtfulness & generosity, since our buses have limited seating capacity, and we strive hard to provide top quality tour guides.
