Join the original Wine 301 class, where winemaker Carl shares insider secrets on selecting bottles, mastering aeration, and understanding wine production. This is the class that started it all! The day we announced it 1700 people signed up! Then they said what’s next? Wine ed classes have kept us surviving for 14 years! This class is all the things nobody else tells you except our winemaker, Carl - how to choose a bottle in a wine shop, how to achieve aeration perfection, how white wine is made, how red wine is made, why you should be loving rosés and how to find the good ones, how to behave in a restaurant. Not so basic training - You could call this class “Wine 301”.

1 - snow or any other weather closure

2 - classes that do not meet a minimum of 6 participants.

The call to cancel a class is made on the Thursday before each class. Please do not make overnight reservations or reserve activities in the area that are contingent on Little Washington Winery’s ability to provide a class.

If a class must be cancelled due to lack of participation or for severe weather, Little Washington Winery honors class tickets by:

— Providing the opportunity to reschedule class tickets to any Little Washington Winery class on any future date.
