Discover a family vineyard, in the heart of Montpellier, dating back to the 17th century. A beautiful estate surrounded by its five splendid gardens labeled "Noteworthy Gardens". A real heritage of Montpellier.
Follow me for a personalized guided tour of the history and gardens of the Chateau. We will continue with a visit to the winery, which practices wine factory, and its winery. A tasting of the estate's wines will be offered.
We will continue our day with a visit to a collaborative permaculture farm. A true treasure in the middle of Montpellier. You will learn about permaculture and how to set it up in our everyday life.
Finally, we will show you how to produce a kind of edible mushroom that's grown on-site, and whose production is shared with the Château restaurant. For the more active, you can enter a bunker built during the war to visit the mushroom farm.
After booking we will send all the details of the reservation, as well as the location of the farm and the contact of the farmer.
