Will Fern Live Comedy Magic at Smoke & Mirrors Theater in Glenside — Aug 28–29, 2026

Will Fern brings a live, comedy-magic show to Glenside, Pennsylvania, with two late-August performances that turn an ordinary night into a small-theater spectacle. Held at Smoke & Mirrors Theater @ The House of Magic - 101 S. Easton Rd, Glenside Pa, 19038, these shows are billed for adults and older teens and combine close-up sleight of hand, theatrical stage pieces, and audience-driven improvisation. The venue is compact and unapologetically theatrical: a single intimate stage, warm house lighting, and rows that keep you close enough to feel the trick unfold. Will Fern, a magician with over twenty-five years of experience, blends technical skill and comedy. His set moves between rapid-fire close-up routines and broader theatrical bits, pulling volunteers into routines that create both suspense and laugh-out-loud moments. Because the theater emphasizes interaction, no two performances play the same way; timing, applause, and a lucky volunteer can steer an entire sequence. What makes this run stand out for visitors is its accessibility. Glenside sits on the northern edge of Philadelphia’s suburban ring, making it an easy evening detour for city visitors and a local nightlife staple. The show’s price bracket ($35–$45) is modest for live theater, and the 8pm start time suits dinner-and-show plans. Expect a friendly, energetic atmosphere where the performer’s charisma is the main attraction rather than ornate production values. Practical notes matter here: the theater’s small size rewards early arrival for good seats and guarantees a post-show window where you can chat with the performer if the show includes a meet-and-greet. The performance also works as a group outing—birthdays, work socials, and date nights all fit the vibe. Bring an open mind and a willingness to participate; Will’s magic is designed around interaction, so audience members may be invited on stage. For visitors who want to make an evening of it, explore nearby Easton Road for cafes and bars before or after the show. Parking is generally street and lot-based; check the venue’s event page for specifics. Tickets are available online through the provided booking link—shows are popular, so buying in advance is wise. With smart staging, practiced timing, and a knack for reading a room, Will Fern’s performances at Smoke & Mirrors offer a concentrated, engaging night out that highlights Glenside’s lively local arts scene.
