About

Our 2 mile 20+ obstacle trail run is perfect for friends/family to partake in on Sunday October 26th at 2 p.m. We are collecting food for the Flint Hills Breadbasket so be sure to bring along a non-perishable food item!

Some of our obstacles include a rope climb, monkey bars, hurdles, an 8 ft. wall, mud pit.

Wear old shoes and clothing you don’t mind getting dirty—expect mud pits and water obstacles.

Hydrate Before and After

Carry a water bottle or hydrate well before the run; water stations are provided but bring your own to stay topped up.
