The tour consists of swimming with dolphins and snorkeling near Shell Island. First portion of the tour is dedicated to finding the dolphins which are typically found on the Gulf of Mexico side of Shell Island. You will see and swim with the resident pod of wild dolphins. Second part of the tour is based on time, tide and water clarity. You'll usually see sand bars, grass flats, sunken boats and other underwater artificial reefs. Once anchored and secured the Captains usually get busy snorkeling in hopes to help find a variety of sea life some of which you can keep but most are living creatures and will be returned home. You should expect to see anything from fish, sand dollars, sea urchins, star fish, and scallops, to sea shells-mollusk, hermit crabs, stone crab, blue crab, variety of rays, horseshoe crab, puffer fish, sea horse, manatee and more.
