About

The private encounter includes a unique experience in which we close our facility to ONLY your party. Elephant experts will guide your group throughout your visit offering a one-on-one opportunity to allow knowledgeable staff to answer questions and enhance your knowledge of the Asian Elephant Species.
Each guest will be provided the opportunity to look an elephant in the eye while hand feeding a pachyderm family member. This experience is truly a ‘bucket list” must do! Don’t forget to capture the memory with an - "Elephie Selfie"!

• *Scheduled - Private Encounter Tours are available everyday of the week with respect to the time of year. Days and times vary but are available at the following time slots (check calendar for availability).
• This is a time that accommodates the schedules of our elephants and staff, please be familiar with our location and plan on arriving 10-15 minutes before your reserved appointment.
• Photos/flash photography are allowed.
• Comfortable clothes and close toed shoes are recommended
