About This Adventure

Experience the stunning Sussex coastline like never before on the Brighton Wildlife Sailing Experience. With just eight guests aboard, you’ll sail under expert guidance, take the helm, and enjoy a glass of bubbly while learning about local marine life from a knowledgeable wildlife guide. Adventure awaits on this unforgettable journey!

The Brighton Wildlife Sailing Experience is a new way to immerse yourself in the beauty of Sussex from the water. You will be one of just eight guests on a yacht expertly crewed by our friends at Brighton Boating and supported by our experienced wildlife guide.

You will have the opportunity to take the wheel and help the crew under the watchful eye of our skipper as we gently sail along the Sussex coastline, guided by the wind and the waves. You can be involved as little or as much as you like while you enjoy a glass of bubbly and take in the sights on this truly magical adventure.

Sussex Dolphin Project's wildlife guide will narrate your experience, telling you all about local marine life and the cetaceans we study. Dolphin sightings are not guaranteed, but our wildlife guide will keep a close eye out for any marine mammal activity.

Please note that all trips are weather-dependent. Your safety is our number one priority. Should the skipper decide the conditions are unsafe, we shall contact you to discuss options.
