Con un accompagnatore di territorio dopo una passeggiata tra i boschi della Val di Pejo, potrai assistere al rituale della raccolta della Trementina, la preziosa resina estratta dal tronco del larice. Simile al miele come consistenza e colore, ma completamente diversa e con poteri curativi naturali. L'attività si svolge nei boschi in località Covel o in zona Celentino nel Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio. Il raccolto della trementina si può effettuare da giugno a settembre e il larice è l’unica pianta che permette la resinazione da un unico foro per tutta la vita. Gli altri alberi richiedono un nuovo foro ad ogni estrazione. La guida ti racconterà nei dettagli le fasi e le tecniche di estrazione, gli strumenti necessari per la raccolta e illustrerà tutte le proprietà di questa preziosa resina.
