It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they and everyone in their party are aware of and adhere to all the cat lounge terms.

Don’t want to share your cat cuddles with strangers? Book out the room just for your crew! This booking is great for bringing kids under 7 years old, group events, and parties. Your group of up to 18 people gets to visit with up to 30 rescue cats, all available for adoption in a lounge-like atmosphere built for cat and human interaction. If you are looking to relax, adopt, or meet a friend, do it in the company of cats. Any additional people over the limit will have to stay in the cafe. Your ticket into the lounge is $189 on weekdays and $283.50 on weekends – this helps cover the many costs of keeping the cafe running and providing our cats with their luxurious, all-inclusive accommodations. Thanks to your purchase, they get free room and board, and possibly a few extra treats (because we all know they have expensive tastes!). Food and beverages from the cafe are allowed in the cat lounge at the customer's discretion. Each appointment starts and ends on the hour.

Notice About Children: All ages are welcome. Kids 12 years old and younger must have adult supervision. There is a maximum amount of 10 kids allowed, requiring 1 adult (18+) per every two kids 12 years and younger. Tip: Add your adult admission tickets FIRST to see kid admission availability.

Food: Email us at thecafemeow@gmail.com after booking if you would like to preorder meowcarons or cat cupcakes for your group! (1 weeks notice is needed for pre-orders.)They make a great additional treat for a party. Drinks can be purchased when you arrive.

No outside beverages, decor, or food (including cakes) please!

General Cat Lounge Terms:

• Upon entry, and leaving, make sure the first door is completely closed before opening the second so cats do not escape.
• Use hand sanitizer before and after petting the cats.
• Cat lounge time always starts and ends on the hour. If you arrive late that is okay but your hour will end at the end of the scheduled booking.
• Do not wake a sleeping cat. (Soft pets and photos, no flash, are fine)
• Do not pick up cats. (Unless they sneak into the double doorway, please help them safely back into the cat lounge.)
• Do not use your fingers or toes to play with cats, pull on, push, or chase a cat.
• No outside food or treats are allowed, for human or cat consumption.
• Do not feed cats any human food or drinks. Make sure to watch any food/beverage you bring into the room and take it out with you as well. (We sell a certain amount of cat treats for purchase each day, ask if there are some available when you check in.)

Extra Reminders For Kids:

• Do not touch the cat food or water!
• Do not climb on the furniture. Furniture is for butts, NOT feet.
• Use inside voices.
• No running please.

Important Notice: On your way in please hang up coats and large bags, and remember to leave all pets, at home as they are not permitted in the cat lounge or cafe. Cats may bite and scratch, so please exercise caution while interacting with them. We can’t guarantee the availability of specific cats for adoption at your visit, and appointments are strictly for the booked location; it is the purchaser’s responsibility to confirm the correct location, as appointments cannot be transferred. Failure to follow any rules will result in dismissal without a refund. All payments are final. No refunds, cancellations, or rescheduling are allowed, including for weather. (Yes, snow is common in Minnesota from October to March.) We are open during our regular hours, rain, snow, or shine.
