This is your opportunity to pat and take unlimited pictures with our beautiful boy Ryder while learning all about this most famous Aussie animal. Learn about eucalyptus and all things koala with one of our experienced keepers.
As the majority of the exhibits our outdoors, you should dress for the weather. There will be no refunds or rain checks due to inclement weather, animals resting or animals sleeping, or the closure of any exhibits/animals off display. Suitable footwear must be worn during the encounter.
Ranger Red's Zoo & Conservation Park is a family friendly wildlife park. Our facilities include plenty of shaded areas to sit and enjoy your morning tea, lunch, or afternoon snack. The tracks through Ranger Red's Zoo & Conservation Park are all paved. In other words, they are wheel chair and walking frame friendly. What's more, the Zoo is compact and dense with exhibits, so it's very easy to see a lot, in a short space of time. On the day of your encounter, an animal encounter booking form will be presented to you with a list of terms and conditions. This form must be signed prior to your encounter.
